About Us

Bishop L.W. & Lorna Freckleton

Bishop L. Winston Freckleton received his early ministerial training at the Caribbean Pentecostal College in Manchester, Jamaica. Upon graduating from CPC, he received a Diploma in Christian Ministry. Pastor later received his Batchelor of Christian Ministry Degree from Chesapeake Bible College in Queen's Town, Maryland. Bishop Freckleton earned his Master and Doctorate Degrees in Theology from Jacksonville Theological Seminary in Jacksonville, Florida.

Bishop and Lady Lorna Freckleton have served as Senior Pastors of the New Testament Faith Center Ministries for over fifteen years. New Testament Faith Center is a vibrant ministry whose mission is "To impact our community and our world with the gospel of Christ ine family at a time."

New Testament Faith Center is a unique ministry consisting of people serving people from over sixteen different nationalities. The church is also the home of PROJECT R.O.C.K. SOUTH (Reaching Our Community Kids), a community-based alternative educational program for children that are suspended from school in St. Lucie County.

Bishop strongly believes that God has raised him up, and has blessed him for the benefit of others. He constantly delivers relevant messages of hope from the Word of God which motivates His listeners to become everything that God has predestined them to be.

Bishop has spoken God's Word in conventions, seminars, and workshops in the United States, The United Kingdom, and the Caribbean. The Freckleton's are the proud parents of a handsome three year-old young man, whose name is Lamar'.

The motto of their life is "We can do all things through Christ who strengthens us".
